All online orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Deliveries take an additional 1-4 business days to arrive. Times vary depending on your location. Once we dispatch your order, tracking details will be sent to your email.

Shipping Rates: All online orders have a flat rate express shipping fee of $11.99. All orders are sent with Australia Post.

- Click & Collect -

We offer click & collect at the checkout for same day pick-up during clinic hours only. Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.

Thur & Fri: 9.00am - 9.00pm

- Returns Policy - 

At Mirra Skin & Aesthetic Clinic, we prioritise your skin health and strive to offer a seamless customer experience. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to make the process as effortless as your skincare routine.

 

Skincare Returns: We do not offer returns for change of mind once a product has been opened and used.

 

Damaged or Faulty Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. We will offer returns where required under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund upon return. All return items will undergo review by our quality control team.
