3. Appointment Bookings

​

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in clinic.

• All consultations must be prepaid in full at the time of booking.

• A valid credit card must be stored on file for all appointments. This card may be charged in the event of a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

• By booking, you authorise Mirra Skin Aesthetic Clinic to charge your card where applicable.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

​

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $55–$100, depending on the therapist booked.

• Reminder emails are sent 5 days before appointment and SMSs 48 hours before appointments. 

• Appointment reminders are a courtesy only. It is the client's responsibility to attend their scheduled appointment.

5. Right to Refuse Treatment

Mirra Skin Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to refuse or decline treatment if we believe the procedure is:

• not suitable for the client,

• not safe based on health or skin conditions,

• contraindicated,

• unlikely to produce a satisfactory or realistic outcome, or

• against the professional judgement of the treating practitioner.

This decision may be made at any time, including during consultation or on the day of treatment.

6. Treatment Results

​

• Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

• Outcomes depend on multiple factors, including skin type, medical history, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.

• Clients must provide accurate medical and treatment history prior to any service.

7. Refund Policy — Consultation & Services

​

• No refunds are provided for treatments, prepaid packages, deposits, or procedures due to change of mind, personal circumstances, or unused sessions.

• Consultations fees may be refunded outside the 24-hour cancelation policy minus the transaction fees of the booking. 

• Prepaid treatments may be transferred to another service at the clinic’s discretion but cannot be refunded.

• Packages may have expiry dates; these will be communicated at the time of purchase.

8. Refund Policy — Retail Products

​

• Products may be returned only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging for change-of-mind refunds.

• Refunds or exchanges will be offered for faulty, defective, or damaged products in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• All prices listed on the website or in clinic are subject to change without notice.

• Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

• Promotional offers may have additional conditions or expiry dates.
